I’ve been away in the Canary Islands - it was everything we hoped it would be. Space, time, a digital detox. I read five books too.
Ooo and you know those epic hotel breakfasts? I’m talking anything you could want including honey comb, fresh fruit and waffles - yum! The sunshine was such a tonic after a very rainy few months here in Northumberland.
When I surveyed my members here at Sparkle on Substack, I learnt that some folks felt a little lost and would like a round up type post monthly so here it is!
I’ve adjusted my call schedule to give you integration and catch up time too. Remember; you get to be discerning - you don’t need to do/ read it all - what feels good to you right now in your Substack journey?

Great idea to have the monthly roundups. With so many (valuable) posts here on Substack, it's easy to get lost or overloaded at times. I'm saving your post to return and digest all that wonderful tips and suggestions. :)
