A huge (Geordie) 1 WELCOME if you are new here to my community; there was quite the influx of you over the holidays and I’m SO happy to see you!
🙋🏽♀️ ✨ I’m Claire; I’m a professional Engagement Consultant for the Arts and Heritage sector here in the UK and Internationally. My clients include Action for Children, Andersen Press, Alnwick Story Festival, National Trust and Tate Modern. I’ve worked with hundreds of thousands of creatives over my career and it’s been an honour.
I’m also a mentor with over 20 years experience and in 2023 I switched out my 1-2-1 mentoring work so I could focus on making
the most joyous, educational and community focussed space I could for as many of you who wanted to be here. It’s going well!Here at Sparkle on Substack we focus on JOYFUL, SUSTAINABLE GROWTH.
We want to make your publication a beautiful place to spend time. You can improve your skills with community building and your tech knowledge of what Substack is so you know what it can be for you over time.
I don’t share hacks and I don’t want to overwhelm your nervous system either. I want you to feel fulfilled in an embodied way, cut through the overwhelm and direct you to your true north here. Your Substack and subscribers will come from you and your work and it can plug into everything else you do. My space holding along with others in our community will keep you on track, your unique track. Not that it’s a race but if it was we ALL know who wins; 🐢 ✨
The internet is NOISY, your Substack experience doesn’t have to be.

Hi all, I have SUCH a gift for you! ✨ 🎁 How’s your week going? We have just wrapped up on work and nursery and my son has two more days to go. We are going into the darkest day in the UK. I don’t feel it but I sense it… fairy lights and “bits to do” a welcome distraction from the lack of light.
