Oh Claire you’ve just said something about writing for three people and that is such an amazing tip. I think it’ll help me go from draft to post much sooner. Also loved the chat around collaboration as you know how much I love the magic that comes with co-creation ✨
Yes Sarah - it really helped me write Notes from The Sea each month when I got my crushing vulnerability wave - I just started writing to the one person who replied and two others and it all became so much easier to write (letter style) - I am pushing my writing craft into other spaces now but I feel like that helped me to really nail that “letter to a friend” type email... ✨ 📧 do you have someone you could write to? You can choose me if you like! ✨
I loved this in every way! I had been leading a journaling group on Clubhouse from 2020- 2022 this conversation has helped me to realize that this practice can be done here on Substack. I have been thinking and looking at this platform since April. Thank you for this interview.
Ok! I really would like to not hose it on Clubhouse. Perhaps I should move it this way and just focus on growing my Substack. Hope you feel better sorry that you are sick.
Really enjoyed listening to this. Took so much from it...especially around the book interviews and vulnerable conversations around it, saying yes to everything and having no one to hold space around it. Not that I am being approached in such a way yet but I know it’s coming and it’s an important heads up to choose carefully what I say yes to. Thank you🙏🔹
It was also one of vex kings messages in his talk at the hay house thing the other wkend too. He says he turns down 95% of the offers because they’ll make him into someone he isn’t and water down his message. It’s a message that keeps coming up for me lately so better get listening☺️
