This BTS is brilliant - the advice on dissimilar is genius. We can’t stretch beyond ourselves when we choose to partner with people too close in style. The intentional choice to partner with dissimilar can feel uncomfy (clunky, and a bit like growing pains…remember them?!) but as Russell explores the benefits are giant. Thank you for landing this crucial point.
For me these ten words are show stopping ➡️ ”we only rise to the structures we have in place”. Absolutely. Food for thought.
