Oh I just loved listening to you! I'm usually not one for audio but this I really enjoyed!! I can relate to what you shared in regards to your accent too - I just published my second audio, although it's me reading the piece rather than a podcast style - it feels very uncomfortable and definitely something I need to grow into haha

Love the perfectly imperfect approach - I’ve had listeners feedback they prefer my imperfections on my podcast and feel like I’m with them having a real conversation because of it. This is how I want them to feel.
This is it isn’t it. I just wouldn’t have shown up if I was focussed on perfection as I didn’t have time for it anymore. After that mat leave project it was sooo liberating to put all that down and just share some words and some gifts. IN FACT I just re ordered x30 copies of Creativity Island for Mums even though I know there are 3 typos in it. When I first realised I was SO upset and then people loved it and all of that dissipated and turned into magic!! Hope your rest gets you on the front front as we continue this rainy weekend petal! ✨🌸✨
Amazing !! I love this. I think the magic in your work trumps the odd typo ! People connect feel and receive the magic and it’s wisdom, typos, imperfections n all. And that’s where we must focus our attention. I paid a pro to help me do some videos this week. I did a good job. Not outstanding (in my opinion), but good enough. I did a little meditation beforehand for them to magnetically connect with those in alignment with my journey, writing/resources and offerings. So I can drop the imperfections and go full steam ahead with that intention. I have 3 people booked in for the warriors path journey I am launching !!!
Had my first full blown attack in 6 months yesterday so recovering from that. Bleurrrrgh. Every hefty improvement comes with its own little spike I notice. Another wake up to the non-linear journey we are on that we’ve been conditioned to see as linear and when it isn’t, it’s not the system of our own creation at fault, it’s all ours of course😏😝
I nearly didn’t post a video on my substack, I thought it was awful and I was waffling on! Months later it continues to be my top post 😆
Now going to enjoy you, in all your imperfections 😍
