I’ve been listening to some coaches in the business world talking about the ‘pressure’ of quarter 4 and making is BIG. As we turn towards greyer skies and crunchy autumn leaves nature asks us to also think about rest. Moving towards stillness is a beautiful intention myself and my husband

David Venus

are working with in this last chapter of the year.

In stillness, everything is clear and there is time for it all. We never have to rush because everything is unfolding just as it should be.

I hope this invitation serves you. It’s very much inspired my intention for us all this month which is The Joy of a Crisp Blank Page…

That feeling of the fresh start, the page opening and the tug of war between what you might write/ create and the permission to start.

It also coincides with me burning old notebook pages to start our first fires of the season. Notes that have been witnessed and are now not needed or projects which already happened. A different version of me. Lots of people keep notebooks - I’m not one of them. What can I say, I just love the feeling of starting again.
