Claire, after I read this it was an insta-subscribe for me: "My focus will ALWAYS be on a creative approach to the platform and joyful, sustainable growth." I want to help people grow on Substack and write better stuff, but I don't want to go overboard with it and make people feel like crap for not having thousands of subscribers or whatever. I want to educate without boasting about my own success, and have people focus on the joy of writing rather than the numbers. Because the numbers come when the joy is there! Thank you.
