I get so confused too Marie-Elizabeth - I’m not the best one to ask BUT what I’ve gleaned over the years is that “UK time” seems to work better because our clocks go forward and back in autumn and spring.
If you screen shot the time like I showed in the video from chat gpt and double check it you’re doing a brilliant service to your audience.

I am trying to get my American clients and some friends to use time converters in their calendar or an app, but, they always come to me with- how about 3pm my time...and I get really confused or frustrated.

That’s so cool! Great idea, thank you. I’ve never used Notion, so no idea how to do that, but will definitely try what you suggested in ChatGPT.
I’ll do a training on it when I’m all sorted. Good luck and remember we can’t over communicate when it comes to time zones 😂
