Claire, on this topic, do you know how to select everyone who pays? When I selected paying subscribers for an email I sent out last week, it didn't include my founder members. I tried adding them via another filter but the bulian logic didn't include 'or' as a selection, only 'and'. It allowed me to email one group or the other but not both in the same email.
Hey Caroline. If you want to filter your list to email everyone who has paid access, including groups/gifts/comps/lifetime/etc.. you need to filter by:
Subscription type IS NOT free
