I’ve changed my iPhone and am having trouble getting into my app. Basically it won’t allow me to log in as I’m on a new device. I can only access my Substack via the email link sent out. Please let me know who I should contact or what I can do.
Claire, I have been following your work here for quite some time and I am really impressed by the contents of this book (surely making a pledge).
However, one thing that has been bothering me a little about Substack is the difficulty that writers who live in countries where Stripe is not supported have to deal with. I was so looking forward to going paid on my newsletter (your book will be such an amazing resource to refer to as well!), but unfortunately I can’t do it due to the constraints. I was just wondering if you have some advice in this respect?
Hmmm yes frustrating and a big block for your creative vision - I don't know a tonne about it but you can add a buy me a coffee link for now or a paypalme link? I'm sure they are working on it - did you try and ask chat bot? It can be really helpful? Additionally, if you do a note and tag me I'll tag some Substack staff to ask.
