This is amazing, Claire, and precisely what I need. I would love to join your community. I had contemplated joining the Cohort of Sarah Fay, which also sounds great, but this is more suitable for me now. I appreciate the effort you have put into building it. Also, I was planning to book an audit with you, which is even better. Is there a deadline to join? I may have missed it in the post.
Hi Tugba - no deadline - your year starts from the date you join! Audits wise I have space in June but if you join as a founding member you get it earlier - ie as soon as I have space and you want it. You get instant access to everything else listed; the four week course, Substack 0-£10k so it's all ready and waiting for you as you arrive. ✨ I'm so excited your keen!!
I really enjoyed creating the nervous system reset video. ☺️ Lots of practical ways to come back to centre.🧘♀️ I hope folks get a lot from it …and if you’ve watched it already let me know how it felt in your body! 💖🌌 🌻
Just took the leap because 1) I’m drawn to your magic and 2) I’m betting on my writing for the first time, which feels both exciting and terrifying. Universe, I’m ready! 🫶
I’m a beginner. Just started writing. Just started my substack. I feel like I need structure. Thinking about joining Diamond level. I have very little for you to audit.
Aw WELCOME Susan! You have the whole 12 months to use your audit. You could start with the Masterclass and the four week course which are both included. You can also dm me. ✨💖
Wow, this is all so exciting and I am so delighted and overwhelmed to have joined your community, Claire! Thanks for having me!
My emphasis for learning and developing is less on paid focus - I am honoured to have 10 paid subscribers currently, since my work is all advocacy about autistic perimenopause and so nothing is paywalled.
I am just about to start a book proposal group programme with author Penny Wincer, and I simultaneously need to start getting formal/academic/focused/less Fortnite-ey with my just turned 13 year old homeschooled son.
My head is swimming and I don't know where to start, what to just leave for now and if there is content that will just help me keep ticking over.
My focus is on getting loads more free subscribers (perhaps a few conversions to paid should folks have funds and feel like supporting my advocacy work) as I am almost at 650 in 9 months.
Really what I need is a "following" (can't think of a better word, sorry, majorly sleep deprived) of people who share the word on autistic perimenopause to get the suicidality rates down (apologies if that's unintentionally triggering to anyone, but midlife female autistics are 3x more likely to die from suicide than non-autistics which is a total travesty). The message needs to reach public consciousness. I am doing what I can do I am one person.
So my book is on autistic perimenopause, and I would like my readership to grow so that I have more people to hopefully purchase my book once it is published.
My focus is on supporting others (in line with the scant academic research findings thus far to learn about menopause which often begins younger than average in autistics, communicate with healthcare practitioners (bearing in mind they need to meet us halfway and upskill on communicating effectively with autistics), manage our mental health, regulate ourselves emotionally and sensorially, anticipate regressions, and find adequate support and validation etc...
Does that make sense? I guess I am asking if there is already content existing please on widening readership, promoting our purpose, and using Substack as a platform to advocate. Apologies if that makes no sense...
I am sorry if the answer is obvious and already stated in another place inside the membership. I haven't had a chance to explore yet and I need to not go wandering off as I am a nightmare at getting my focus on getting my book out of my head and onto index cards (analogue) and Scrivener (digital)!
I guess I am asking you directly so that I don't procrastinate by looking for it myself, whilst obviously also procrastinating by being here at all. Ha ha! That'll be the ADHD leading right now in my AuDHD!
Hi Sam - I think what would be beautiful for you now is to work through the Beautiful Digital Magazine Course and the Stay Creative on Substack course if you haven't already? Once your home is set up here you act as a beacon so the other growth work is more easeful - we have time. In terms of your message my strategic advice would be to add audio to your publication, calling out to the members and reader you do have to share their stories in a bite size way... could be a talking piece to camera, a substack live, a podcast or snippets of audio stories - this will help new people feel connected straight away... let's keep talking. You are right to ask about resources because there's a glitch with Substack and my pinned post (with all your resources) isn't as accessible as I'd like - it's here for you... https://sparkleon.substack.com/p/your-diamond-member-resources and magazine course access here - https://sparkleon.substack.com/p/your-beautiful-magazine-course-access
Thanks for your generous and thoughtful response, Claire 🥰
That’s a great idea to work through your courses as and when I can! I have recently started a feature called ‘The Auti Peri Q&A Series’ so am publishing posts with other autistic people sharing their experiences of the menopausal transition. I find it invaluable because the academic research offers overviews and snippets of participants’ insights, but you really have to commit to reading some heavy stuff to sift out the gold. My intention with the Q&A series is that people can just dive in to one person’s account of their experiences to date, and hopefully see themselves there too. There is so little known about this topic so far, and I want to contribute to the body of research. I just have no capacity to do so academically via a PhD route, so I’m using Substack as my platform to contribute anecdotally.
I’ve only recorded and shared one video post so far, but maybe that’s the way to go alongside book proposal writing, since another writing task will be overwhelming. I just need to figure out how to do that as I’m pretty intimidated by coming across visually, and don’t know what I’d say. Eek!!
You've done one - that's the hardest, now let's get you super proud of your publication and publishing more. I'll take a look and feed back when you're ready for your audit.
Thanks, Claire! First session of the book proposal and I’ve already misplaced the workbook and having to reprint it. Total chaos. Thank goodness everything on Substack is digitised so I can’t lose it! 😹 😿
✨I’m in ✨and so looking forward to this next year with you Claire in your beautiful, supportive community. I’ve been settling in to Substack for almost a year, and 2025 is the year to take the next step. I feel so grateful to be a part of the soulful, safe spaces that you and Beth (Kempton) create, and can feel my sense of overwhelm easing already 🙏💕
The timing is so perfect for how I want to channel my focus between now & 1st Feb initially and see what unfolds for the rest of 2025. I can feel my energy shift already now I’ve stopped ‘trying’ to decide and followed my intuition instead 🥰
What a beautiful offer! Sadly, food and bills take priority right now so will have to be grateful in the knowledge this exists and I’ll be able to join at a later date ✨
Hello Claire! I have been lurking for a few weeks, thinking about starting my substack and not. I am wondering if you offer any scholarships to the Diamond etc.? I keep getting the message to focus my biz ideas on substack and could really use some structure and direction - and sparkle! :)
Hi Deborah. There’s no functionality to add people into the founding membership tier here as comps so unfortunately not. BUT… if you email me I can give you three months free access to my regular paid content? Claire@creativelyconscious.co.uk
I have a question that might be my tired brain making simple things complicated - this part... "They are curating their Substack publications to be their online magazine in service of their readers! They have built (or are building) thriving communities, have a clear, organised space. They are working everything out with me as a collective in generosity of service. They are clear, focussed and ahead of the game...." - Is this what people will experience as a Diamond member, or is this the pre-requisite for becoming one?
Echo what someone said below, I almost joined the W@W cohort, but this feels more, well, sparkly!
Love this question and I will go back and edit to make clear - everyone is at different stages in their Substack journey BUT the intention is the same to be creative here and in service - that's the success metric we work to. Because Diamond Membership is a year long and I have resources for beginners right up to advanced strategic Substack tutorials it's really for anyone who wants to make the commitment to their journey and I know that includes you Sarina!! The expert workshops are the call to the deeper work I believe we need to steady the ship and that's the work I've done which enables me to celebrate my journey and not be constantly chasing an external success metric. Does that help? ✨💎 There's no where to 'get to' before you join because you're already right where you're meant to be. Cx
Ok awesome, because I kinda read that as 'Mm, not sure I make the grade'!
But I resonate so deeply with creativity and generosity and being here for the long game. Also I feel very unrushed in your space, which is very refreshing 💚

A magical extra sparkly offering ❤️✨❤️
So much bloody sparkle - I'm actually dropping glitter all over the carpet lol...
Ha ha! Glitter explosion!!!

Hello Diamond friends, if any fellow members can signpost me in line with my ramblings above, I would appreciate it please.
(Sorry, I feel like my ADHD meds are wearing off extra early today 🧐 🤣)

Oh I’m delighted Jaimie! It’s a great time to jump in as you could take a course or masterclass over the holidays. ✨
The timing is so perfect for how I want to channel my focus between now & 1st Feb initially and see what unfolds for the rest of 2025. I can feel my energy shift already now I’ve stopped ‘trying’ to decide and followed my intuition instead 🥰
