I think the reframe is being of service, being helpful - speaking to your best fit reader... glad you're here Susie! I've programmed the drip campaign class for the New Year and will do some free lives on it too although I can't share my screen there so it will just be theory and advice.
Hey Rodney - it's not out to all bestsellers yet but if the trial goes well usually just a couple of months - you use the screen shot above to write your emails in google docs or something you'll be all set and ready to go.

I’ve been playing with the idea of moving one part of my newsletter to beehive for better options because substack is really lacking in that area
This is awesome! But, it would only be effective if the upgrade to paid had a clear effective link and landing to make it seamless. My readers who are not Substackers are having a difficult time upgrading to paid with me sending them to myurl/subscribe. They land on my welcome page and don't know what to do from there.
If you use your url with /subscribe in a custom button that will help? I also teach building sales pages so you send people to a longer explainer of what they get and how it works...
I have the same problem Nneka, the workaround I have used is to create a discount code and send them to that. But that doesn’t always work either 🤷♀️ the redirect back to your home page is so annoying.
That is frustrating - I'd really recommend an evergreen page - helps get round that - you can also do /account which takes folks straight to the manage their account place.

No they haven't but usually it's not long - they just need to test it's all working.

I’ll try /account. I was hoping to avoid going off platform. If it’s still clunky I’ll go to old faithful - ConvertKit.
You can build pages here lovely. There's a video in my a-z but it's super easy to figure out.
