Hi lovelies,

Thanks to those of you who made it a long live today! It was so lovely to see you as I’ve had a real wobbly weekend (see here for more).

It was such a brilliant and lively discussion - I love doing this work in real time with you all. I always learn so much through the process of co-creation and I’m forever grateful to Substack for brining us all together and fostering the spirit of generosity.

The session is an hour and a half long and contains some journalling invites on;

• Over-arching themes, content pillars, topics and things that don’t quite have a home.

• Cadence, calendars, working in flow and better understanding decision making fatigue.

• Q&A and wrap up chats (pinning posts, notes v chat).
